What’s included in my full Jericho Writers membership?
We’re so glad you asked. The short answer is: anything we can give you that doesn’t include ‘live’ venue or tutor costs. This covers:

We firmly believe in fair pay for authors and tutors. Therefore, any ‘live’ service requiring their time will carry an extra charge to cover this. This includes:
However, full members receive a discount on all these services. If you’re signed into your account, you’ll have these discounts automatically applied.
What kind of discount do I get on ‘live’ tutored services?
How do I pay for my membership?
When you joined Jericho Writers, you would have opted either for a monthly membership, or an annual one. Payment for your first month/year would have come out of your bank account immediately.
After that, subsequent payments are paid via Direct Debit at the same time each month/year. For example, if you bought your monthly membership on 1st January, your direct debit would come out again on 1st February – and so on. If you bought an annual subscription on 21st May 2018, then your next direct debit would come out on 21st May 2019 – and so on.
How do I cancel my membership?
You are free to cancel your membership at any time and we make it as easy as possible for you to do so (although we’d be sorry to see you go!)
Just head to the ‘My account’ page click on the ‘My Subscription’ link, then select the blue ‘Cancel’ button under your active subscription. This will cancel your direct debit only.
If at any time you want to come back, that’s fine, too. Just login, go to ‘My account‘, click on ‘My Subscription’ and re-activate the subscription.
How do I upgrade to an annual membership?
If you subscribed to Jericho Writers for a month and have decided to upgrade to an annual subscription, please follow these steps:
I’ve bought one item from Jericho Writers, why can’t I access everything else?
Let’s say you’ve bought a creative writing course. You might be wondering why you can login to access your course, but can’t see the films in the cinema, or search AgentMatch.
This is because you’re not yet a full member. Full members of Jericho Writers have access to everything we offer for a nominal fee each month. They also get discounts on all our tutored courses, editorial services and events. It’s our way of giving writers more, for less.
Want to become a full member? Join us in the first 10 days of purchasing a one-off course, film or event, and we’ll refund the membership discount back to you. You might find your first month pays for itself!

If you’ve bought a service from the Editors’ Room, we’ll send you an email with a link that allows you to upload the manuscript. Didn’t get the email? Let us know and we’ll be happy to resend it.
